Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received a wrong size or item

  • You are unsatisfied with the product quality

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the product should meet these conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact

  • No stains, perfume, or wear marks

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

  • Innerwear and accessories

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Send us an email at info@thefosterindia.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping details.

  3. Once we receive the returned product and verify it, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will issue a refund via bank transfer.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, please mention it in your return email.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send your replacement product as soon as the original is received.
